the airship is so much more detailed and has less smoothly rounded edges. I'm sorry but they are barely alike. The only think the same about them is the disc thing that spins and the fact that they move

Honestly the only resemblance I see is the spinny ring thing that's on the bottom of both - whatever that does. Other than that....they don't really have the same style :/ The Airship pawns the Garden.

When I first saw the Final Fantasy X air ship it sort of reminded me of Balamb garden. Though after playing for a while it dosn't as much. But I can see where you are comeing from.

I wonder how an airship and a floating base could look exactly alike especially since one is from a completely new game.

I mean I can see the similarity, but one is an Al Bhed airship while the other is SeeD. LOL

if u but them both to the side then yes there is a slight resemblence except for the positioning of the spinning disc
