That's the only way you'd be able to do it, unless you used a cheat device to get 'em.

via infinito is a massive area in bevelle that has 100 cloisters
you open it up in chapter 5 after you talk to maroda
go inside the temple
go to the room on your right
talk to the kindergaurdians who open up a magic lift
talk to the old man

but if you scroll down a little there's a fair 20 or so posts written on how to obtain this dressphere, what chapters its available in (all of them after ch.3, ch.2 and up if you gave the awsome sphere to new yevon), and where the cloisters are (the cloisters have nothing to do with dark knight DS btw.)

If you go into Bevelle, the right chamber should be accessible. You'll see the kindergardians near a glowing cloister on the floor. Just step on it and it takes you to the 100 cloister dungeon. Its real long and you have to reach the bottom. When you get to cloister 40, kill the black elemental and you get catnip (use it to your advantage). My best bet to you is to have three of them and YRP wearing gunner dresspheres. Then you should get to the 100th floor easier because after cloister 60 it gets tougher. You don't need to reach the bottom to get the perfect ending, however, you need it for 100% completion

1. you really have to time your self to run past him,
if not your going to have to level up pretty high, and have a very high defense and auto-haste effect because he's a very strong opponent, only cat-nip seems to be able to take him out if your low on levels.

btw: hes Elder Drake, 30-60,000 hp

2.the lifts arent in the cloister,
they're in the bevelle underground

3.Trema and paragon (paragon 300,000 hp trema 999,999hp) are in the very last level of cloister infinito
(cloister 100)

4.Cat-nip is aquired after you defeat black elemental on cloister 20, (hp 9,999) not lots of hp, but has a very high defense.

3. do you have to beat tream and paragon at the same time or seperatly?

4.does black elemental have high DEFENSE, MAGIC DEFENSE, or both?

3. Well technically you dont fight them at the same time. BUT you fight them back to back... so as soon as paragon fight ends, the trema fight begins. Thers no time to heal inbetween.

4. Haah. its been a long time since i've played ffx but in pretty sure its both. The only thing it seems to be really weak against is non-elemental magic (flare,ultimta ect.) sorry about that :P

yuna uses brotherhood in warrior not darknight and rikku uses aurons first sword in samuri not darknight

Yes it is possible.
Though you may not be able to do it early on in the game.
(if you gave the sphere to new yevon you could do it at any point from ch.2,3,4 &5)
sicne you gave your sphere to the youth league, you'll only be abel to get it in ch.3 during the "trouble at the temples" and in ch.5 during the final bevelle sidequest

ok go to bevelle then enter the temple go right and you should see the lil kids ( i forgot wut they called ) but 2 of them should go into a glyph thing,follow them and then a old guy will talk to you and after that u can keep going deeper and deeper

oh you have to be in chapter 5 to get access to it

MAN..... im in chapter 5 and i was playin legit until i got to that via place and i needed help, so it told me about the dark knight DC. for the love of n e thing, i cant find the area where the three lifts are. pleasse someone help me. I enter the bevelle temple and take the lift down, from there i have no idea where to go, iv been looking everywhere. i know where the dress sphere is.... is just dont know where the friggen three lifts are, i cant remember where i first fought barali or n e of that.... >

okay i understand you're problem.

DO NOT GO INTO BEVELLE LABRYNTH.(its nots there)
Starting from the temple. Make sure you set the lift, to go downwards and not upwards. Take it stragaight down. And follow the path all the way to where you fought baralai in ch.2/3

If you remember, there is a save sphere just BEFORE you fight baralai. starting form that save point. Take the lift on you're left. This will take you straight to the passage with the three lifts.

One on your left, one on you right, and one in the center.

bevelle labrynth:

when you first enter bevelle temple,
you can go straigh, left, or right.
go left and go into the room, climb onto the rock, and activate the glyph,
exit the room, and go to the room on the right, you will notcie the kidnerguardians and they'll show you a mark on the floor. from now on everytime you go into that room you'll have a save sphere the glyph. step on the glyph to activate the labrynth. i would recomend being at least level 55.

(i may have this backwards. it may be right room before left.. im cant remember exactly)

i think you only have to go to the right cause thats all i did,im lvl 99 and YRP all have black knight DS idk why but i love that DS =)

Easy, i did this when i was too lazy to level up:

master berserker for everyone in the party. Then equip them all with Crystal Bangle (hp up 100%) and a lure bracer.

take the party to the djose highroad.

then take you're control and either tape or elastic band the (x) button down. then elastic band of tape down the direction buttons in a direction that makes your party always run into a wall. Leave your controler like that and eventually you'll start getting into random battles.

because of your lure, you'll keep getting into random battles non-stop.
because you mastered beserker, your party will take little damage and will constantly have regen so they wont die.
and having you (x) taped means your party will always attack.

you can leave your control like that for hours on end and never have to do a thing except check every once i a while to make sure your party is still alive.

this is all u need to do

Actually it doesn't matter which one you take first, but you have to take both eventually.

Let's say you take the left lift first. Go down on the left lift, then come towards you and drop off the bottom edge of the screen. Now go up on the central lift and step on the platform and two blocks leading to the chest will appear.

Now take the right lift down, and come back up on the left one. Go up on the central lift again, and stand on the platform again. This time two more blocks will appear.

Now you should be able to go on and get Dark Knight.

first, get to the place where there is 3 lifts. take the left one. then, go all the way back and fall down. you wontr see the left 1 anymore, so, use the right and then top and somthin like dat ohhh what ever go to google and check it up!(the first part is correct i remember =))

You have to get the pillars to rise up like steping stones, go down further and you'll see how to get the stone pillars to rise up.

its not hard, its juft that the way it was presented in the walkthrough is really confusing.
When you get into the part of the labrynth with the three lifts take the one on the left, and it'll take you up a floor. then jump down, to the floor you were previously on, and take the middle lift up, jump on the altar and that'll activate teh first set of steps. go back down the lift. (this will take you down to the place where the 3 lifts where) you'l lnotice the left lift is gone. Take the right lift down and go accross and go back up to the floor you were on by by usign the left lift. Then get on the middle lift and you'll see another altar, stepping on this will activate the last pair of steps.

Go back down the middle, lift, and usign either teh right or left lift, go down.
Then you need activate the lift down there by steppign on both the altars.
from there, get on the lift and you be taken to to the center of the labyrnth where you can now jump towards the chest containing the Dark Knight.
