Trainer

Like the Mascot and special dresses, this dress is unique to each character, while each can perform similar status attacks like Blind, Berserk, and Petrify. Paine, using her formidable pheasant Flurry, Rikku, using her energetic monkey Ghiki, and Yuna using her faithful dog Kodago (Yojimbo's dog from FFX) the three can perform combined attacks similar to the Delta Attack of the Magus Sisters in FFX. This dress also allows you to capture, lvl up, and summon enemies into battle to help.

Fun Fact: Paine's original animal was to be a snake, instead of the eagle, but the animation was too complex to pull off. (Official Playstation Magazine)

Did you know you can name your pets in chap 5
You must sleep once in every chapter then if you sleep in chap 5 the barkeep's wife will come and give you a new feature "pet"
I've named Kogoro=Suzaku

Mmmhm yes,
its all about how you answer the ronso.

From my expierience you have to be fairly cruel to the ronso, encouraging them to start a war with the Guado. You also have to tell kimahri to suck it up. It seems horrible but from ym expirience it works.

I've got the trainer dress sphere but I have know idea how to capture. Do I have the wrong version? I don't know where it was bought because it was a gift. Oh, pppllleeeaaassseee help:(

you need to talk to kimahri on Mt.Gagazet in chapters 1 -3 as well as talkign to the ronso.
Make it seem like you hate the guado and that you support killing them and eventually Kimahri will give you the DS in ch.3

but internatioal, isn't nearly as easy as NA X-2.
if you thought the X-2 siquest were hard, the international version has twice as many sidequests and is twice as difficult...

Uhh.
i've never heard of capturing mosters in X-2,
you can in X.. but the only thing you can capture in X-2 is chocobo's.
Let me know if ou need help on catching chocobo's.

you have to say the correct sentence to kimhari in chapter 1 ("you have to learn to deal with these things") or in chapter 2 ("you have to figure this out on your own") if not you have to speak to him 3 times in chapter 2 to get it in chapter 3.

Okaay.
Throughout ch.1,2 & 3
you will be able to talk to Kimahri on Mt.Gagazet.
When ever you talk to him or any of the Ronso, select options that make it seem as though you support killing the guado, and options that tell Kimahri to think for himself. It Might seem cruel but it works.

When you talk to Kimahri in Ch.3 on Mt.Gagazet, if you've played your cards right, Kimahri will give you the trainer DS. =)

i am currently at SL 3
i have already spoke to the lion dude
and completed the mission but i got no
dress sphere. I did make contact with him
in SL 1 & 2 but i got sphere.
Why is that? Is there anyway to attain

Mascot dressphere... Can't get that unless you gave the "Awesome Sphere" to the Youth League, and you get an "Episode Complete!" in every episode.

Magical Dances Volume 1? Now THAT i can help you with. You either get it from Fixing the Machina Experiment, then defeating it all at it's highest levels in Djose, or it's in the Den of Woe, carried by Nooj. Defeat him to obtain. He's one hard enemy, i have a password for you to win though.. -ahem- Kick... It's... Ass. XD lol Paine.

Spheres

I was told that for the crimson spheres you HAVE to start over. Which totally sucks considering I have all of them except the first one (can you believe that?!)
I forgot where I got the berserker and I'd love to know about the mascot and the trainer-looks awesome-but anyway-yeah. I was told yesterday that you can't get the crimson spheres without starting over again.
What's with the garment grid? Sounds so cool. I'm also in chapter five.

Yunalesca is a summoner you meet and defeat in ffx.
you meet her in zanarkand towards the end of ffx and kill her.
i wont say anynmore than that to save the world from spoilers

Yunalesca is in Zanarkand........in the temple. Not in mt.gagazet. sry I just get annoyed qhen ppl get stuff wrong about x. I like it better then x-2. But anyways, it is not where you fight Yunalesca
